Job Description:

Improving, developing, and provide training materials for all Staff up to Supervisor level,
Provide evaluation and insight toward Users to ensure they always have top-performing team,
Work closely with Line Haul Manager to determine the best practice to implement KPIs and drive the result,
Able to measure the success of the training provided can meet the expectation GLP (Good Logistics Practice).

Requirements:

Have presentation skill & public speaking skill,
Have to be passionate at people development,
Min. 2 years working as a trainer in a logistic company or strong expertise in logistics background or previous experience in trucking & logistics supply chain,
Able to travel across regions,
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of any academic field,
Good understanding of Ms. Office.
