Job Description:
  • Improving, developing, and provide training materials for all Staff up to Supervisor level, 
  • Provide evaluation and insight toward Users to ensure they always have top-performing team,
  • Work closely with Line Haul Manager to determine the best practice to implement KPIs and drive the result,
  • Able to measure the success of the training provided can meet the expectation GLP (Good Logistics Practice). 
 
Requirements:
  • Have presentation skill & public speaking skill,
  • Have to be passionate at people development,
  • Min. 2 years working as a trainer in a logistic company or strong expertise in logistics background or previous experience in trucking & logistics supply chain,
  • Able to travel across regions,
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of any academic field,
  • Good understanding of Ms. Office.
