Who we are looking for
We are seeking an organized, reliable logistics associate with a precise attention to detail to join our growing organization. In this position, you will coordinate and didirecting daily operations. You will help on managing and improving our hubs efficiency
 
What will you do
  • Hubs order tracking and reporting
  • Responds to hubs complaints and issues
  • Coordinate and solves issues in coordination with Developer and CS Team
  • Correspond with Hubs on
  • Assist Hubs team, warehouse team, and other team members when needed to meet schedule
  • Ensure shipping requirements and regulations are met
  • Making sure that Hubs performance meet the SLA
  • Do other administrative work as required
 
What are the requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • More than 3 years’ experience in handling operation matters preferably in Logistics or Start Ups environment
  • Able to work in high pace environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Always motivated to serve the customer
