Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Resolving the case of logistics that go within 1x24 hours
Reconcile invoices from 3PLs
Coordination with the Warehouse and logistics to resolve operational problems in the Warehouse
Coordination with the seller to explain the constraints in the Warehouse
Warehouse coordination and education for the activation of the new 3PL integration

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Familiar with Online Shop, Marketplace and Flow Logistics
Having good communication skills, especially with customers
Familiar with Ms Office Excel
Able to work individually / team
Willing to be located in Tangerang
