Deskripsi Pekerjaan

AGE: Min 25 years old & Max 45 years old.
 
EDUCATION: Candidate must possess at least Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
 
REQUIRED LANGUAGES: Bahasa Indonesia and ENGLISH IS A MUST.
 
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in International Freight Forwarding as a documentation staff.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS: Interpersonal Skills, GOOD Oral and Written communication skills (Indonesian & English), Business and Commercial Acumen, Good Mentality, Numeracy and Analytical Ability, SHARP , INITIATIVE and ACCURACY IS A MUST.
 
POSITION: EXIM DOCUMENTATION Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and be Responsible for all required import / export documents relating to shipping line / customs / port clearance / trucking company(EMKL).
  • Able to communicate well with Shipping Lines / Overseas Agents / Local and Overseas Parties etc
  • Responsible for the Completeness, Accuracy and Readiness of all export documentation e.g. (Shipping Instructions, PEB, Bill Of Lading, Certificate Of Origin, Survey Report etc) and Releasing the necessary ORIGINAL export documents to the related party(ies) locally or globally.
  • Responsible for Shipment Monitoring from POL to POD.
  • Familiar with PIB/PEB module.
  • Follow up Administrative work and ACCURATE data entry after the shipment has been fixed.
  • Meticulous & (has to have an eye for DETAILS)
ABILITY:
  • Able to work under pressure (individually and/or in a team).
  • Able to achieve TIMELY DELIVERY FOR DOCUMENTS WITH ACCURACY.
