The position targets to lead the site management strategy related to the logistics of their truck fleet, heavy mobile equipment and motor vehicle fleet

Our client is a growing services start-up company. They are looking to bring on board a Site Logistics Manager who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business

o To monitor, analyze, and develop action plans to improve inbound/outbound ground transportation (for mining

   and plantation related products, equipments, agri-inputs, etc), warehousing and related documentation for the

   upstream and downstream operations
o Building relationships and contacts within the industry such as ports, customs officials, shipping and freight

   forwarders, transport service providers and other key officials
o Develop service level agreements with all clients and to implement effective logistics management programs
o Identifies areas for further improvement when undertaking future planning
o Oversee monthly compliance and maintenance budget
o Review cost management issues and identify improvements
o May propose new procedure to ensure effective and efficient Fleet Management
o Establishes systems to ensure that the organisation's continuous improvement processes are communicated

  to all stakeholders

• Minimum 7 - 10 years of working experience as the site logistics manager within mining or plantation

  environment
• Require to work on a mining and plantation site in West Indonesia Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business, or Management, or other related field; or a

  combination of education and other relevant experience
• Proven ability to manage functions and activities related to the procurement, servicing, operation, maintenance,

  and repair of vehicles
• Competencies required: leadership skills, dealing with ambiguity, adapting to change, priority setting,

  collaboration, influential, innovative, simplicity
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both local and English languages
• Proven track record in strategic agility and operational excellence
