Responsibilities :
  • Oversee and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service
  • Direct optimize and coordinate the full order cycle, overseeing the entire process to ensure a delivery
  • Supervise logistics team in warehouse
  • Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes and process shipments
  • Respond to any issues or complaints
  • Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
  • Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
  • Evaluate budgets and expenditures
  • Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancement
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
  • Required language english
  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
  • At least at 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Good attitude, leadership and communication
  • Demonstrable ability too lead and manage staff
  • Willing to be place in Jababeka Cikarang
