Responsibilities:
  • BUILD SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE BASE
    • Build a training Material that fit for Operations needs
    • Create centralize system knowledge management documents
    • Translate available training material to local language and or upgrade by tailored it for local operations needs
    • Conduct training for operations trainer (Train the Trainer) and or sharing session for operations
    • Create system knowledge content for operations (Video, FAQ documents, PPT, etc)
  • SYSTEM & PROCESS ALIGNMENT
    • Align with related departments from HR, Operations to other Department related with System & Process for Training arrangement
    • Align locally and regionally for training development plan
  • TRAINING CLASS
    • Develop Online Training Material base specific for technical requirements on Logistics System
    • Create training test materials specific for logistics system to support on the online learning method
    • Review training result to provide specific refreshment or improvement needed
  • LOCAL SUPER ADMIN
    • Super Admin for Logistics System
    • Utilize Internal system to develop the training content, review (test) and delivering method
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, or related field
  • More than 5 years of working experience in doing training is preferred
  • Having Good Communication Skill
  • Experience in doing Training for Management and ground Operations
  • Good analytic mind and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
  • Working extended hours during off days to fulfil urgent requirements.
  • Ability to work under sustained pressure
  • Work in a matrix organization between local venture and regional management
  • team player and ability to work independently
  • Effectively bilingual in both English and local language a must
