Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring & Controlling loss amount in all company busines unit and create prevention plan
  • Reviewing database of loss amount that received by L&P Manager
  • Analyze major issue in company operational and present the corrective properly corrective action.
  • Set KPI LP target (loss and prevention area)
  • Provide loss data and LP performance to CEO
  • Conduct assessment to all company business unit as a part to reduce potential loss
  • Represent LP in Quaterly business review and present the finding
  • Push the related PIC to reduce loss amount that arise in his/her division properly
  • Develop method of investigation process properly
  • Make final approval for investigation result
  • Managing all Security to get desired result as L&P purpose as well
  • Comparing loss amount database to VR and PMP to get similar perception of loss amount that happened (monthly)
  • Do cost control for L&P division
  • Organized LP division and related vendor that used by L&P properly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Management transportation, Logsitics or Suppychain, Law, or Business law
  • Proficiency in Ms office, especilly in Excel is must
  • Analytical thinking method is must
  • Firmness when take deceision is mandatory
  • Target oriented
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
  • Have experience in logistics operational process, and or warehouse distribution or cost control management
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
