Qualification:
- Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 year of working experience in the related field.
- Experience in Marine Offshore Vessel.
Responsibility:
*In charge of vessel on technical and maintenance.
*In charge day to day technical operation of vessel.
*Prepare vessels for inspection, assisted Inspector or Client during inspection onboard.
*Prepare maintenance annual budget.
*Maintain and control the budget applicable to the maintenance of assigned vessels.
*Overviewed maintenance process to ensure that is according to budget.
*Supervise vessels and machinery equipment at all the times.
*Manage the entire maintenance & dry-docking process all phases to completion.
*Interface with clients to get all planned activities completed.
*Plan and controlling maintenance on board co-operation with masters and chief engineers.
*Follow up vessel Captains and Chief Engineers for reports and completing job done tasks in the maintenance programs.
*Undertake documents and follow-up inspection of the company vessels accordance with HSEQ Management System.
*Evaluate purchasing needs (relate to maintenance process) in accordance with Purchase Order from the Vessel.
*Prepared and presented Maintenance reports every quarterly to BoD/owners.
*Responsible for maintenance system (TMS).
*Ensure the vessel maintenance schedule & activities are aligned with the business plans with maximum utilizations of available.
*Monitor and ensure Maintenance System & Database (TM Master, ERP) are updated and utilize on daily basis.
Participate in technical data collection for job tenders
