• Candidate must possess at least bachelors degree of any disciplines from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
• Maximum age is 25 years old 
• Fresh graduates are welcome or experienced (maximum 2 years)
• Willing to be placed or assigned to unit or branch office in accordance with the company requirement (outside Jabodetabek) 
• Have a good skills in leadership, communication and possess high integrity and analytical thinking  
• An organized person and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision 
• Fluent in English is preferable, but not required
