Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo training at various business units to learn about the business operations of the Company. After a period of time, you shall be assessed on your potential. Your performance, work behavior, professional knowledge, competencies career aspirations and requirement of the Company would constitute the deciding factors on what role you shall be assigned to. Further career advancement will be available for trainees that has demonstrated exceptional performance, work attitude and behavior. 
 
Requirements:
• Fresh graduate majoring in any discipline is encouraged to apply
• Demonstrable creativity and a flair for new ideas
• Good in spoken and written English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Highly motivated with desire to succeed
• Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office Applications
• Analytically able to solve problems, overcoming challenges, to think out of the box.
