Responsibilities : 
  • Manage end-to-end Recruitment, Retention, Turn Over of ICs
  • Manage assets and 3PL vendors related matters
  • Identify and resolve any possible risks and obstacles regarding Fleet Region
  • Develop strategies to continuously improve in Fleet Region sub-function
  • Submit thorough report regularly on relevant matters of Fleet
  • Track and evaluate the progress of any adjustments made within the department
Requirements :
  • Previous experience related to massive hiring is preferable
  • Creative thinking / out-of-the-box approach in tackling tasks
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung
  • Detail oriented and meticoulous
  • Good English level
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and third parties
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask
