Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end Recruitment, Retention, Turn Over of ICs
Manage assets and 3PL vendors related matters
Identify and resolve any possible risks and obstacles regarding Fleet Region
Develop strategies to continuously improve in Fleet Region sub-function
Submit thorough report regularly on relevant matters of Fleet
Track and evaluate the progress of any adjustments made within the department

Requirements :

Previous experience related to massive hiring is preferable
Creative thinking / out-of-the-box approach in tackling tasks
Willing to be placed in Bandung
Detail oriented and meticoulous
Good English level
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and third parties
Proactive and able to use initiative
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good time management skills and ability to multitask

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units

Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
