KRITERIA
  • Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di Manajemen HR, Psikologi, Hukum atau setara.
  • Bahasa yang harus dimiliki: Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Setidaknya memiliki 7 tahun pengalaman sebagai Manager HRD dan GA pada perusahaan bidang manufaktur, dengan jumlah karyawan sekitar 500 orang karyawan
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Komputer Ms Office, Undang Undang Ketenagakerjaan, Legal
  • Lebih disukai Manajer/Asisten Manajer khusus dalam HRD atau setara.
  • Usia antara 40 - 50 tahun
  • Menguasai tentang PHI, legalitas perusahaan dan Undang Undang Ketenagakerjaan
  • Memiliki pengalaman pengelolaan Human Resources Information System
  • Mengerti tentang Payroll
  • Menguasai Komputer ( Ms Office, email outlook, dll )
  • Mampu mengurus Perijinan Perusahaan dan Humas
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Bertanggungjawab, jujur, disiplin serta berwawasan luas
  • Memiliki SIM C dan SIM A
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
  • Penempatan di Surabaya
TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB
  • Bertanggungjawab atas proses kinerja Departemen HR & GA ( SP, mutasi, rotasi maupun promosi )
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengawasan dan kelancaran pelaksanaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan
  • Bertanggungjawab atas peraturan yang terkait dengan ketertiban kerja / peraturan perusahaan
  • Bertanggungjawab atas pengadaan sarana prasarana perusahaan
  • Bertanggungjawab menjaga lingkungan kerja untuk selalu kondusif
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap penyelesaian perselisihan tenaga kerja sampai dengan ke pengadilan
  • Bertanggungjawab atas system recruitment perusahaan
  • Melakukan seleksi dan interview calon karyawan
  • Memberikan pembinaan dan orientasi dengan karyawan baru
  • Penanganan Hubungan Industrial
