Manage and drive the implementation of HSE policy & program and compliance as per K3 rules and regulation in Indonesia. As a HSE representation for Lazada Logistics
Establish HSE policies, monitor, update and adjust the policy accordingly to cope with core business health and safety requirement along with socialization in all aspect to ensure safe work and environment.
Submission of regular K3 report to Disnaker for HSE implementation.
Socialize the HSE values in all aspect to ensure safe work and environment.
Conduct weekly safety meeting during SMT meeting once a week and bring up weekly safety topics and any concerns related to HSE implementation and safety awareness.
Conduct regular visit to all facilities to meet each hub leader to do HSE campaign, socialization, conduct briefing and training among employees.
Assess all working place / facilities to identify hazard and other potential risk of safety, create hazard control as solution and at first lead and set control to minimize safety hazards.
Socialize all safety hazard and to raise attention of safety aspects and prevention.
Conduct periodic site safety inspection, with IFM partner including checking thoroughly building condition, any hazard from electrical, building, working area etc.
Build Safety Management Plan ( SMK3) according to level of hazard of working environment.
Provide HSE statistic ,as well as, to become document control and keeper for HSE reporting and documentation and pro-active to nurture the HSE awareness among all employees.
Work and coordinate closely with Facilities manager and L&P manager to conduct and design the evacuation plan, drill program & activity, safety training.
Monitor the working environment and workers’ behaviour. Any indication to hazard from people behaviours, unsafe condition, unsafe act, unsafe equipment - must be at once corrected, stopped. Written record must be kept in place for all near miss and share it with all team
Checking all new equipment for safety aspects and instruction and conduct training if necessary, based on manual
Ensuring that company meet K3 minimum standard compliance.
To carry out any other duties as requested by superior
To attend necessary meetings and training courses as required
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree
3 (three) years' experience in full spectrum of HSSE in industry : mining, off-shores, manufacturing or logistics.
Have driven ISO 9001:2008 , 14001 and ability to implement Quality Management Manual as well as managing SMK 3
Posses K3 certification
Capable of functioning autonomously, prioritising work and exercising discretion within established policies, guidelines and procedures
Understand and possess knowledge of different HSE implementation depend on type of business..
Able to work individually or in a team
Possess administrative skills and problem solving abilities
Well developed communication, interpersonal and arithmetic skills
Understanding service needs of the operation
Well Organised & self motivated
Leadership and team building abilities to establish safety awareness
