       Qualification:
  • Experienced in Project Cargo Handling, preferebly in Domestics Transportation as well
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Required Skill(s): technical and supervisory skills, project cargo handling, analysis, planning, decision making, job execution, team management, customer approach, personal communication, forwarding, transportation
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
 
       Job Description:
  • Seeking and approaching customer for jobs: loading-unloading, trucking, packing-unpacking, moving, positioning, assembly-diassembly, piping, electrical jobs, and other project management jobs, export and import forwading, domestic transportation, including managing quotation preparation and submission until starting the business
  • Coordinating and communicating with customers, vendors, Yusen overseas, related operation team to perform and accomplish the job smoothly, including the work and supervision on-site
  • Preparing and monitoring the completeness and correctness of documents required before and after the service
  • Monitoring invoice submission and ensuring payment settlement by customers
  • Seeking and managing suitable vendors
  • Managing sales, operation, procurement, and invoice team
