Job Descriptions :
  1. Managing integrated safety management systems (ISM CODE, ISPS, IMO) in the form of standard operation procedures, quality guidelines, programs to ensure safe and effective operations in vessels.
  2. Take the steps needed to ensure compliance with the vessel's safety management system.
  3. Following the development of the latest regulations issued by the Department of Labor, IMO, and others to be implemented in procedures on the operation of the ship.
  4. coordinate with the captain of the ship and crew to overcome the problems that exist on the ship and conduct safety inspections on the ship.
  5. Managing the implementation of safety audits and reviewing all reports of accidents / incidents as well as providing feedback on corrective and preventive actions as a result of the investigation.
  6. Manage risk assessment in all functions relating to safety on Vessels.
 
Qualifications :
  1. Age max. 47 years old.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Maritime studies or equivalent, preferebly have ANT I Degree.
  3. At least 4 years of working experience in the same position, with minimum 2 years experiences as Master (Captain) on MV and/or Tanker.
  4. Having experience as DPA is an advantage
  5. Required skills: Ship Management, International Convention Regulation, ISM Code, ISPS Code, Risk Assessment, Audit Vessel.
  6. Fluency in English is required for this position.
  7. Computer literate.
  8. Having leadership skills, systematic & Systemic thinking and passion on the job.
  9. Location: Jakarta.
