Job Descriptions :
  1. Managing integrated safety management systems (ISO, ISM CODE, ISPS, IMO) in the form of standard operation procedures, quality guidelines, and HSEQ programs to ensure safe and effective operations both in offices and ships effectively and efficiently, especially relating to Safety , Occupational Health and the Environment (K3L).
  2. Take the steps needed to ensure compliance with the company's safety management system.
  3. Following the development of the latest regulations issued by the Department of Labor, IMO, and others to be implemented in procedures at the office and on the operation of the ship.
  4. Coordinate and carry out safety inspections in the office and to new locations for the transhipment / transportation project in order to recognize the new environmental conditions that will be faced to assess the risks that must be addressed and monitor the follow-up of the inspection results.
  5. Managing the implementation of safety audits and reviewing all reports of accidents / incidents as well as providing feedback on corrective and preventive actions as a result of the investigation.
  6. Manage risk assessment / HIRADC in all functions relating to occupational safety & health on board and Office.
 
Qualifications :
  1. Age max. 48 years old.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Maritime studies or equivalent, preferebly have ANT I Degree.
  3. At least 4 years of working experience as Marine Superintendent or Marine/HSE Manager, with minimum 2 years experiences as Chief Officer / Master (Captain) on MV and/or Tanker.
  4. Having experience as DPA is an advantage
  5. Required skills: Ship Management, International Convention Regulation, ISM Code, ISPS Code, Risk Assessment, Audit Vessel.
  6. Fluency in English is required for this position.
  7. Computer literate.
  8. Having leadership skills, systematic & Systemic thinking and passion on the job.
  9. Location: Jakarta.
