Job Qualification :
  1. Candidate must at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, others or equivalent
  2. Age Maximum 35 years old
  3. Minimum 5 years experience in marketing of logistic business (freight forwarding, export/import, custom clearance services, etc)
  4. Good track record of sales performance and advanced selling skills
  5. Aggressive in developing market and target oriented, good communication with customer
  6. Analytical with ability to conduct research and develop sales plan
  7. Proficient using MS Office and also good knowledge of Freight Forwarding is priority
  8. Seft motivated, excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills
  9. Good mentality, communicative, enthusiastic, analaytical ability, and team player
 
Jobs Description :
  1. Create and manage marketing and sales strategies in accordance with established quality objectives
  2. Identify opportunities to give solution to potensial client
  3. Visit customer and potential clients
  4. Create a database of potential clients, utilitize oppotunity management system to organize, update and keep records of customer information
  5. Prepare proposal, quotation, communicating offers sales directly to potential cutomer
  6. Focus on increasing company  sales performance
  7. Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts
  8. Submit weekly sales report
