Meratus Professional Development Technical Ship Management Program 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, priority for Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Logistics/ Supply Management, Environment/ Safety
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Japan, German language is an advantage
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Presentation
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Ship Management/ Terminal/ Port/ Operation or equivalent.
  • 24 - 27 years old
  • Willing to be placed on any remote area and our branches (Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Maluku, NTT, NTB, and any places will open more) and sailing program
Program :
  • 1 (one) month corporate open house program, to help you understand the general business, and decide the continuing of program. 
  • 6 (six) months basic workshop and ship management understanding
  • You must join the sailing program. 
  • 3 (three) months 1st assignment, on job training 
  • 3 (thress) months 2nd assignment, on job training 
  • 12 (twelve) months 1st career strategic position assignment, such as : Superintendent*
