Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :
  • Provide information related to security matters, natural disaster, traffic, fast and accurate alarm monitoring, Vehicle security control and GPS information.
  • Provide dual language services (Indonesian & English)  to the clients
  • Supervise the electronic system and CCTV of all operation plants and ensure controls for such systems are met.
  • Manage a team of staff working 24 hours 7 days per week, maintain an effective manning schedule without overtime. To monitor and improve effectiveness of the schedule deploying staff at the most critical pinch points of the day.
  • Monitor all CROs in branches ensuring they follow the correct procedures, ensuring that all staff are trained in emergency, BCP attack procedures.
  • Monitor and provide security situation reports to Head of Cash Security, Risk and Health and Safety
 
Requirements:
  • Maximum age 35 years old.
  • Graduate from reputable university with minimum S1 (bachelor degree), IT background will be an advantage.
  • Have minimum 5 years experiences in security company cash with at least a period of time experiencing a control center.
  • Able to work under very high-pressure working environment with tight deadline.
  • Have experience as supervisor, ability for lead a team will be required.
  • Familiar with security system (CCTV, DVR, Alarms).
  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel, & Word.
  • Analytic, detail oriented and firm person.
  • Fluency in English for reading, listening & writing
  • Able to work as an individual and as a team, and have a strong self-determined personality.
  • Proven integrity, decisive, excellent problem handling and strong work ethos.
  • BE pragmatic and self-engaging to identify problems, finding solutions to operational problems and ways of identify further issues.
