JOB PURPOSE
 
 
  • Deliver the Service excellence that comply to World Standard Pharma Chain in day to day activity
  • To be responsible and Monitor the smooth operation including documentation, Field Operation for Air Export and Import Department that comply to KN Pharma Chain ( Healthcare, Pharmaceutical products and Medical Devices).
  • To get recognition from Indonesia's Pharmaceutical Industry & its community, Healthcare Industry & its community Medical Devices Industri & its community of KN Pharma Chain value & services
  • Act as the direct responsible party ensuring that productivity targets are being met towards the national and global initiatives, CDB 2022 and KN+ Next Gen.
  • Evaluating and ensuring that appropriate infrastructure is in place for business growth (when committed business is on board), smooth and involve the collaboration with other business Units (Brokerage/Overland specifically ) and Sales
  • Root cause analysis and support of the airfreight organization in regards to the operational KPI’s
  • Ensure that effective cost management and lean operation processes are in place and adhered to at branch/dept levels
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Responsible for Air Export & Import operations and update for status of departed and arrived PharmaChain shipments
  • Understand customer requirements & act based on customer requirement
  • Customer Visits if necessary
  • Invoicing (on time & accurate) Ensure Data Quality Performance Daily / Weekly/ Monthly FSL Acknowledge billing
  • Ownership for unsuccessful shipments Timely Escalation
  • Ensure cargo export & Import formalities and departure align with customers expectation
  • E-filing documents
  • To perform job based on the approved Air Export, Air Import, Brokerage , Delivery and Warehouse's Working Instruction and individual customer SOP Proactive and solution oriented
  • Pre-Advice for outgoing and incoming shipment regardless of terms As process owner of PharmaChain SOP's
  • Maintain Distribution of approved SOP's
  • Maintain quality service provided by Vendor to meet Kuehne + Nagel Quality standard
  • Ensure that there is clear guideline how to handle and meet the requirement of 1P, 2P, 3P and 4P

  • Bachelors / First University Degree in Pharmacy

  • 2 -5 years in Air Logistics, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare
 
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Microsoft Office Software
  • Internet Operating
  • KN Freightnet  + KN Login
  • ACON New + SAlog + BO
 
LANGUAGES
  • English
 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Willing to travel
  • Have background or experience working on pharmaceutical company.
