The Operations Manager take responsibility for ensuring that goods get where they need to be in an efficient manner. To this end, much of their job involves keeping track of timetables and costs. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, as well as expected to be strategic planners involved in helping the company progress.

Our client is a renowned logistics service solutions company and has been emerging as the market leader in the logistics service industry. The company is looking to expand their business and operations department in Indonesia.
 
Description
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
Profile
  • Bachelor degree from a well accredited university
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia is a must
  • Candidate with management trainee experience is preferred
  • Candidate with master degree is preferred
