Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required Skill(s): • Preferably with a network of customers; Independent and self-motivated team player; Good interpersonal and communication skill; Possess valid driving license and own transport; With good knowledge of Contract Logistics / Freight Forwarding and Transportation; Experience in contract negotiations.
  • Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Responsibility
  • Source for and build up a pool of potential customer base for contract logistics, transportation and container depot;
  • Must have a network of customers;
  • Maintain good and professional working relationship with existing and potential customers;
  • Able to understand customer’s requirements and to work out proposals / quotations;
  •  Achieve sales targets set and provide timely sales & marketing strategic information;
  • Identify target customers as sales objectives and create sales pipeline; 
  • Ensure all business transactions meet company P&L objectives;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the department head;
  • Lead the Sales Team to meet the country target
