Ocean Freight Manager
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  1. Managing and leading Ocean Division in performing best service of Ocean Freight Export Import shipment including inland/domestic and warehousing business deliver in timely manner through excellent coordination with team, Carrier, Vendor overseas partners and Sales Division.
     
  2. Guiding and give proper training to Ocean team members for product knowledge of Ocean Procedure, Incoterms and Regulation in order to achieve KPI and excellent service quality.
     
  3. Excellent strategy planning and budgeting for developing Ocean Freight Export Import business in good profitable business, also starting to operate own operation.
     
  4. Well costing for proper handling through smart selling and cost reduction of Ocean operating expenses, and assuring billing ocean invoice on time deliver to customers.
     
  5. Widen networking with shipping liner, custom people, vendors, overseas group, and forwarder community in order to smooth Ocean shipment arrangement.
     
    Requirement:
  6. max 40 years old, having PPJK or DG certificate is preferable
  7. Min. 3 years experiences in Ocean managerial level at International Freight Forwarding’s company.
  8. Excellent knowledge in Ocean export-import procedure, regulations, custom process, field operation arrangement, trucking and warehouse business.
  9. Well understanding about incoterm / triangle shipment arrangement, including handle big project.
  10. Good in leadership, managing people and work, communication and negotiation skill.
  11. Detail in checking works and able to direct checking Ocean field operation for the assurance.
  12. Well understand about cost structure and field operation expenses.
  13. Ability to speak and write in English, computer literature and willing to work long hours to assure all shipment arrangement completed in timely manner without failure
