Job Description
  • Melakukan analisa organisasi design yang efektif dan efisien
  • Manpower planning karyawan secara berkala (movement, rotasi, promosi, terminasi, dll)
  • Melakukan assesment dan performance management
  • Menentukan kebutuhan people development karyawan
  • Monitoring accuracy data employee dengan actual di area/HO
  • Succession planning
 
Qualification
  • Experience minimal 2 years in HR area
  • Experience in OD will be advantage
  • Familiar with Job analysis, Performance Management & Employee Assessment
  • Familiar with IDP (Individual Development Plan)
  • Strong in data analytical
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Agile and fast learner
  • Able to work under pressure
