Work Location : Head Office – Central Jakarta
GAMBARAN UMUM PEKERJAAN :
Bertanggung jawab dalam memonitoring / mengawasi kegiatan program pemasaran kapal-kapal Offshore serta memastikan operasional kapal offshore berjalan dengan lancar.
TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB :
- Mempersiapkan dokumen tender, terkait dengan SKK Migas dan mempersiapkan seluruh persyaratan
- Melakukan submission dokumen penawaran ke klien (pra-kualifikasi dokumen)
- Menghadiri pembukaan dokumen penawaran
- Membuat laporan mengenai meeting penjelasan dokumen tender(prebid)
- Melakukan pengurusan sertifikat SPDA Migas, SKUP Migas dan memastikan keanggotaan CIVD SKK Migas diperbaharui
- Melakukan monitoring terkait dengan kegiatan kapal FSO (monitoring kondisi kapal, memastikan kapal comply dengan permintaan charterer, menjawab dan melakukan verifikasi klaim yang muncul
- Melakukan pembuatan laporan kegiatan operasional kapal FSO
KUALIFIKASI :
- Pendidikan S1 dengan jurusan Teknik / Management
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengikuti Tendering industri Migas sekurangnya 3 tahun
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait dengan dokumen tender dalam industri Migas
- Diutamakan kandidat yang memiliki pengalaman terkait operasional kapal
