Job Description
  • Managing a new and onboarding project or partner that will be onboarding with Shipper
  • Accommodate detail requirements that needed by Shipper and Partner for integrating system, the Shipper team specially is Technology Team, Operation Team and Business Development Team
  • Always following up about the update progress from each team and make sure that the dateline is ontime
  • Inform to operation division before launching new partner about standard operating procedure to start the go-live product like testing order, marketing program and training to an agent about a new partner to our agent (our extensions)
  • Incharge and monitoring new partner to Shipper Hub if there are any mistake (make sure SOP running well about a new partner)
 
Minimum Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor degree of Information System, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Having 2 years of experience
  • Have good decision making skill
  • Good communication and have a negotiable skill
  • Have a good knowledge in logistics/supply chain
  • Have a good skill about analyze problem and system
  • Detail-oriented
  • Eager to learn something new
  • Have a high initiative
  • Have a really good communication
