Qualifications Required  
  1. Bachelor degree or above in logistic and international trade or related major.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience using basic Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Strong knowledge of trading, logistic and documentation.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, maintain professional service and communication with customers.
  4. Strongly sense of responsibility, work independently and take initiative.
  5. Fluency in oral and written 2 Languages ( Mandarin and Indonesian ) (English) is advantageous but not essential.
 
Key Responsibility
  1. In charge of documentation of business, including documents establish, transfer, collection, management and archive.
  2. Tracking and feedback for the trading process.
  3. Input, transfer relevant documents and reports in logistic system of company.
  4. Communicate with staffs in different departments, provide the warning and feedback in time.
  5. This position could transfer to “sales” position if you want after 2 years training.
