Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities : 
  • Education degree: Bachelor Degree in any majors, preferably from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.30. English-speaking capability is a must.
  • Working experience: preferably 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, market research or project management. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good understanding in data analytics and reporting as well as communication, stakeholder management and presentation skill.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and conceptual skill. Possessing improvement methodology such as Lean and Six Sigma will be a plus point.
  • Highly flexible, easy to adapt with new environment, project management, team work, customer centric and eager to self-learn under minimal direction
Requirements: 
  • Work in project-based activity: take initiatives on the improvement projects in the area of operations based on best methodology practices and problem-solving approach
  • Ensure the operational flow is executed based on standard procedures by providing proper knowledge and performance indicators for operational team
  • Ensure the standardizations and compliance over all operational functions
  • Work with operations team/counterpart to implement the initiatives and make sure the projects are executed in timely manners and good quality
