Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job responsibilities:
This position is a key player to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on sites in the country and ensure sustainability across sites. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (from site managers to 1st level of leadership) during OMS implementation to drive standardization across sites with behavioral and cultural changes. It includes the tracking and reporting of the OMS achievements as well. 
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in any field.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a strong experience in the supply chain industry
  • Strong in process understanding and LEAN approach
  • Having experince in performance management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Have a strong ability to influence and collaborate with operations leaders
  • Having strong leadership skill, strong project management skill, analytical and problem solving skill and good communication skill
  • Advance in MS Office Excel, Power Point and reporting skill
  • Excellent in English both oral and written
