Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years working experience in shipping or logistics related industry
• Good in English (speak and write)
• Leadership
• Good analytical and communication skills

Job description:
• Lead a team of Operational Personnel to manage Operational activities for NVOCC and Flexitank
• Develop SOP and to ensure processes are being performed at the set standard
• Communicate with Agents/Principals and to assist/supervise Freight Forwarding activities
• Verify Payment Voucher (PV)/Invoices and to manage staff welfare/HR related issues
• Monitor Front End System and to improvise processes/flow where needed
