  • Implement standard costing
  • Study industrial markets to focus on
  • Develop internal system to increase control in operational process (include consignment tracking process)
  • Expand SEF coverage (depo/branches/PUD agents) by prioritizing utilization of SERA Point nationwide
  • Develop internal system to increase control in operational process
  • Ensure compliance of SEF business process
  • Develop schedule quarterly review & follow up the result
  • Conduct monthly SEF Forum, workshop, training, benchmarking with expertise in express industry
  • Improve safety compliance by mantaining damaged ratio
  • Develop internal system to increase control in operational process
Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree  from any field with GPA minimum 3.00 of 4.00
  • Good communication, leadership, & analytical thinking
  • Experience in logistics industry
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia or SERA coverage area
