Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilties:
  • Manage Sort warehouse functions
  • Manage FCC / linehaul  team and GTW Operation functions through implementing the agreed operations business plan within the agreed budget and through excellent people management practices
  • Resulting in improved service, productivity, financial, people and customer results.  
 
Requirement :
  • Higher education degree or equivalent level of experience.
  • Having people management experience, preferably gained from an Operations roles
  • Familiar with Airfreight Line haul and Export Import process  will be valuable   
  • Good knowledge of warehouse Operations processes and related technology.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in effective training, coaching and people management practices, including leadership development.
  • Required skills : Basic Project Management skills, Finance knowledge for non Financial Management 
  • Good english skill in writing and speaking
