Deskripsi Pekerjaan

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline, majoring transportation management is preferred
  • Three years with similar position in International Freight Forwarding
  • Having PPJK certificate will be advantage
JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Receive inquiry from shipper/ overseas
  • Receive New Shipment From Sales Team
  • Review import AWB (Air Ways Bill) & CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List Docs) from origin office
  • Prepare documentation, dock receipts, airway bill (HAWB, MAWB, Cargo Manifest)
  • Request PEB (Export Declaration) to PPJK
  • File SED’s (Shippers Export Declarations)
  • Submit booking to co-loader/vendor
  • Inform flight schedule to the shipper
  • Arrange trucking to pick up cargo
  • Send shipping instruction to vendor/co-loader
  • Checking export document from shipper
  • Review and confirming Air Ways Bill (AWB) from co-loader/vendor
  • Send pre-alert to destination office and the shipper
  • Post pre-alert on Kewil to destination office properly
  • Update milestone on Kewill & Locking the file on Kewill system properly
  • Prepare and issue for billing invoice (freight and custom clearance)
  • Issue transmittal receive and submit full set of invoice & supporting documents to receptionist
  • Accrue cost from vendor & submit original invoice from vendor to finance for finalize
  • Track and trace cargo as necessary to insure proper movement and delivery.
  • Provide finance department with proper and correct billing information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding disposition of freight (i.e. Tracking & tracing, routing & dispatching, and rate quotations).
  • Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
  • Communicate & correspond with other company branches and agents for customer satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution.
  • Seek the most profitable mode of shipment, yet meet customer’s requirement for the movement of freight.
  • Implement the Quality objectives set for Air Freight 
  • Help maintain implementation on Health, Safety and Environment objectives on daily business
