What will you do:
  • Introducing the company's vision, mission, business and organization
  • Describe warehouse operation standards, transport and distribution standards, process flow, and documents used in warehouse activities
  • Explain the tasks and how to work positions in the warehouse, such as the warehouse admin, picker/packer, driver, courier, etc.
  • Explain the length of service, work time, work schedule, dress code, and facilities that can be used.
  • Help establish a sense of belonging for the new employee
  • Establish regular communication with the new employee.
  • Introducing new employees to superiors and teams in the warehouse
  • Train employees with training programs to improve hard skills and soft skills
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Prepare training material such as module summaries, videos etc.
 
What are the requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Retail, E-Commerce industry
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Able to build strong working relationships between co-workers.
  • Ready to visit our operation warehouses throughout Indonesia
  • Have communication and presentation skill
  • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful and able to work independently
