Manage inbound, outbound, replenishment and all part in warehousing activities and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and procedures.
Managing and controlling day to day warehouse operation, distribution, and transport activity.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions to upper management for replacement.
Monitoring and control stock management and ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
Using space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
Plan and implement a warehouse efficiency program, like lean, six sigma, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in Logistics management/supply chain/warehouse/transportation at Manager Levels.
Proven warehouse management experience

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
l Familiar with Warehouse FMCG and Start Up.
l Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices,
l Having good experiences with Warehouse Management System
l Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
l Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
l Strong in operation system of logistics management/supply chain/warehouse/transportation.
l Able to build high performance teams and develop people with talent.
l Willing to be placed at Tangerang - West Jakarta.
