Deskripsi Pekerjaan

 
  • Manage inbound, outbound, replenishment and all part in warehousing activities and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and procedures.
  • Managing and controlling day to day warehouse operation, distribution, and transport activity.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions to upper management for replacement.
  • Monitoring and control stock management and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
  • Using space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
  • Plan and implement a warehouse efficiency program, like lean, six sigma, etc.
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven warehouse management experience
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Warehouse FMCG, Start Up & Market Place
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Having good experiences with Warehouse Management System
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong in operation system of logistics management/supply chain/warehouse/transportation
  • Able to build high performance teams and develop people with talent
  • Willing to be located in Tangerang.
