Deskripsi Pekerjaan

I. Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in Trade, business Administration, English, logistic. 
2. At least 2 years of work experience in Admistration, Customer Service, trading or related areas, experiences of smart phone or PC is better
3. A good command of spoken and written English.
4. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
5. Strong responsibility for work.
 
II. Main Responsibility:
1. Monitor order operation and Track part fulfillment for out warranty PO, ensure parts delivery can meet supply LT.
2. Follow up the payment from clients and ensure it can be done within due date;
3. Quarterly onsite stocktaking, and get monthly stocktaking report from vendor side;
4. Keep smoothly communication with internal department including project account manager, planning, logistics, warehouse, finance and accounting
5. Build and maintain a good relationship with repair factory and clients by providing excellent service and advice, give fully support to vendor and solve issue in time;
6. Push Vendor close the pending case within deadline
7. Generate report according to clients request and report timely
8. Defective parts return management and achieve the KPI target
9.Work location in Cengkareng/Tangerang
10. Can join immediately
