Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities
  • Mengelola dan mengawasi semua kegiatan di Hub atau Station
  • Membimbing dan mengarahkan Team (rider, driver)
  • Memastikan semua barang ter-delivery dan ter-pickup sesuai jadwal
  • Tugas Administasi dan membuat Report
 
Requirements
  • Usia max. 35 tahun
  • Pengalaman kerja pada posisi yang sama min. 2 tahun. Diutamakan dari perusahaan kurir, transport, logistik, express
  • Dewasa dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Mampu menunjukan kemampuan Memimpin Melalui Contoh (leading by Example)
  • Memiliki Pengalaman memimpin lebih dari 25 anggota team
  • Keterampilan Komputer (Ms. Office)
  • Memiliki SIM A / C
  • Disiplin
