PT MASAJI PRAYASA CARGO (MPC) WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1980 AS AN INDEPENDENT FORWARDING COMPANY WITHIN THE SAMUDERA INDONESIA GROUP, A WELL REPOTABLE TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS COMPANY WHICH ESTABLISHED IN 1964

 

MPC was initially set up as division within the Group in 1970 during the economic grown of Indonesia. The Group realized that the growning economy would definity have a large number of infrastructural project and MPC would service this market specializing in the movement of project cargo.
With our specialization in project Freight Management or Plant Forwarding, we have involved in many well know project in Indonesia.

 

For many years MPC has serve PLN (state Electrical Company) to handle and transport cargoes for electrical project such as Power Plants, Substations, etc. Therefore since 1996, PLN through one of its foundation (YPK-PLN/PLN’s Education and Wealth Foundation)become one of our stockholder.

 

 

We specialized in freight management for project which have very special logistical requirements. These projects are ussualy related to the petrochemical, electrical, communications, energy and other such industrial development projects.

 

 

Our scope of work include project logistics planning, budgeting, design and costing of special landing facilities or transport means, marine consultancy apart from actual transport plan are worked out, also special document arrangement for import / export Customs Clelarance. The transportation plan covers all modes of transportation, from any point of orogin anywhere in the world to sites in Indonesia based on MPC’s worldwide network of reputed associates. We also have special equipment such us Goldhofer Modular Trailers with capacity over 1100 tons, a fleet of prime movers and low bed and flat bed trailers. The equipment also includes various types of cranes and other special equipment. Few other companies in the country are in position to complete with the company equipment and expertise.

 

The Company’s permanent staff at Jakarta head office is team of executives embracing all specialist activities. We have ability to take specialists from office personnel as well as from sister company within the group according to size, duration and location of our project commitments as they arise. We can take advantage of the branch offices and facilities owned by the group. MPC employeers are some of the most experienced in the industry having almost unparalleled exposure to project forwarding in Indonesia. The Management consists of senior experienced personnel who are aided by younger well educated personnel in their operation.
