  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with minimum 50 team member.
  • Required Skill(s): Warehouse, Supply Chain Management, , Inbound Process, Outbound Process
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in [Specialization] or equivalent.
  • Willing to working shift 
Responsibility : 
  • Conduct briefing with team members prior start of activity to ensure everyone understand the work as well as addressing the safety concern on Driving MHEs.
  • To report each area review and analysis in comparison with the applicable SOP to increase work productivity.
  • To report Attendance and overtime summary, as well as back interviews summary, and submit to HR.
  • Create 2 hourly productivity report and conduct corrective actions based on the reports.
  • To Ensure the safety of all team members by regularly controling document of MHE check lists and escalating to the Maintenance team anytime we have technical issue.
  • To report any hazard found and submit an incident investigation report to the Safety Team and direct manager or Operational Manager
  • To create Labor plan for every shift and ensuring to organize annual leaves of the team members fairly and in alignment with the operational need to achieve productivity in every shift.
  • To ensure the team member to follow the SOP appropriately and to give verbal and written warnings  to any team member who violate the applicable company SOP.
