Responsibilities: 
  • Improving the quality of the agents and QA team 
  • Applying knowledge of QA standards & procedures 
  • Create material training for the agents 
  • Conduct training for the agents
  • Conduct analyze for the training needs of each CS team 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handle training is a must 
  • Experience in Customer Service & QA is a desirable 
  • Excellence in communication & presentation 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
