Job description :
  • Liaise to customer and administer documents need for shipment as local representative of operation department in order to ensure shipment process efficiently
  • Coordinate and communicate with agent, shipper and customer regarding shipment proccess
  • Coordinate and liaise between sales and operation department
  • Update shipping schedule, booking space for export and handle a shipping instruction
  • Draft and finalize HBL and HAWB
  • Assisting other or similar duties which ordered by the supervisor/manager
  • Become safety representative in field
Requirements:
  • Have to understand and able to create PIB / PEB export dan import
  • Experience minimal 2 years in Freight Forwarding or Logistic
  • Understand English languange, min. passive
  • Pricing International and Domestic
  • Education Minimal D3
  • English is a must ( both oral and written )
  • Computer literacy ( Ms.Outlook, Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and Power Point )
  • Energetic, good communication and self motivated
  • Can solve problem in good solution
