Responsibilities :
  • Reporting to Operational Director
  • The Operation Manager will be responsible for monitoring all activities
  • Ensures Compliance with all company, airport and government rules and regulations
  • Monitors ongoing basis performance of all vendors and handling agents and takes corrective action when necessary
  • Manages supervises the flight schedules
  • Compiles and maintains tonnage and cost statistics
  • Completes scheduled reports (flights, landing and handling cost reports)
  • Ensures all safety and security procedures are followed
  • Monitors the handling of claims
 
Requirements :
  • Maximum 40 years
  • Minimum at least 3 years work experience in Freight Forwarding and Cargo, preferably as Supervisor or Manager
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree any majors
  • Through all operational skills
  • Able to work underpressure, team player, and flexibility in working hour is must
  • Willing to work night shift
  • Knowledge computer skill include, MS. Excel and Cargo Management
  • Willing to be place in Bintara, Bekasi Barat.
