Job Description:
  • Work with service provider to maximize day to day proficiency and ensure packages are delivered in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Completed administrative tasks (i.e. performance review, accident report, service failure, and training) in a timely, acccurate manner to facilities the execution of the dispatch plan through the Service Provider.
  • Uses the Balance Scorecard and Quality Improvement Process to monitor workgroup performance againts business goals.
  • Complete required audit during on-job supervision ride to ensure adherence to UPS policies and procedure.
  • Utulizes technology (Orion, PAS, Telematics, etc) to identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Logistic, Freight Forwarding, Distribution Process
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
