  • Responsible for all day activities in the administration and whole equipment in the warehouse
  • Handle transactions on the system day-to-day and report regarding the goods paid to the customer
  • Monitoring Order in system markerplace SCI & WMS
  • Monitor order, maximum 1x24 hours, packaging must be complete (complete packaging / carton)
  • Monitor regular orders, a maximum of 2x24 hours must be popped up
  • Monitor integration of COD and NON COD orders according to SOP
  • Coordination and communication with customers regarding orders and pickup schedules
  • Coordination and communication with the courier regarding pickup orders and schedule
  • Ensure that the SOP ordering process runs accordingly
Requirements:
  • Maximum age of 30 years
  • Minimum education of D3/ S1 in all majors
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field from e-commerce/logistic company
  • Understanding computerization and data processing
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent in SCI & WMS system
  • Honest, thorough, and hard worker
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Able to work in teams and have good communication skill
  • Placement in Ciputat (South Tanggerang)
