  • Study, adjust, & implement culture framework
  • Setup Performance Appriasal Framework
  • Provide support in organization structure review and update
  • Develop and implement structured leadership development program
  • Become a specialist who will involve on the structured end to end talent management strategy, sucession management and talent development aligned with Business Strategy.
  • Assist HR Manager to manage employee Movement & Promotion Process
  • Support the Development and Implementation of HR Initiatives and system
  • Support in employee engagement program
  • Training need analysis and training matrix
Requirement : 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Language : English is a must
  • Familiar with HR system
  • Creates innovative and effective learning content
  • Bring a consultative and customer service mentality to the work
  • Creative thinker, self starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues
  • Placement in Tangerang – West Jakarta.

Crewdible provides a price structure that makes sense: cheap, variable, and no commitment which is only possible by crowdsourcing our warehouses (i.e. offices and homes that are being reutilized for fulfillment purposes). We turned empty houses, offices and warehouses
into eCommerce fulfillment warehouses for 3 purposes: Storage Inventory, Packaging, First-mile Delivery.
