Job Description :
  1. Monitor individual development plan (IDP) process of all employee, manage its documentation by system and manual and also analyze existing gaps for solutions.
  2. Conduct an assement process based on talent and potential database.
  3. Manage and lead talent pool program for employee in the high potential category to prepare leader of the company.
  4. Support development planning (assesment, promotion, mutation, rotation & demotion), including coaching session for employee who don’t perform.
  5. Lead the human  resources information systems (HRIS) platform and improve the efficiency of HRIS data collection.
  6. Review data input, output, and reports to provide insightful data to stake holders.
Job Requirement
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  2. At least 4 years experiences of working experience handling HRIS, talent management or equivalent.
  3. Age range between 25 - 45 years old.
  4. Willing to work in Cilincing, North Jakarta.
