Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible to manage sales drive both in retail and corporate segment
  • Responsible to manage all marketing activity in order to support sales achievement
  • Creating strategy to achieve sales target
  • Create partnership program regulerly
  • maintain and find potential partners to improve revenue
  • Ensure all activity are complied with company’s policy
 
Requirement :
  • Maximum 35 Years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in sales and marketing function
  • Preferable have experience manage sales & marketing in this type of industry : management consulting, project management, IT, insurance, recruiting or training firm, ecommerce,  financial and banking
  • You have at least Bachelor Degree from any major, with min GPA of 3.00
  • Experience in retail sales as good as corporate sales
  • Good leadership, good communication skill, good in team work and having negotiation skill
  • Sales person, target and customer oriented
  • Having SIM A/C, willing to be mobile or business travel if required
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
