Responsibilities
  • Do payroll administration (Data maintenance, Salary Calculation, Payment Processing).
  • Prepare payment report especially for Operation Payroll
  • Work collaboratively with superior and team for payroll and benefits data.
  • Record the details of employee NPWP, BPJS Employment & BPJS health. 
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to manage the end to end processing of the monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner and ensure the compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements;
  • Proactively optimize current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience;
  • Maintain employee files and records both offline or online platform
Qualification
  • Candidate at least Bachelor degree from Accounting/Finance.  
  • Or at least 1 year experience in the same fields.
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
  • Have a good knowledge in manual payroll, BPJS, Insurance, Overtime.
  • Expert in using Microsoft Excel.
  • A multitasker and problem solver, with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across Indonesia
